How do I schedule a tour of the community?
Tours may be scheduled online, by calling the leasing office directly, or by walking in during office hours.
Do you offer virtual or self-guided tours?
We do not offer self-guided tours, but we do offer virtual tours via Zoom.
What are your leasing office hours?
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Sat-Sun: Closed
Do you offer any move-in specials?

What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must earn 3 times the monthly rent in gross income.
What is your application fee?
$50 per adult applicant.
What is your administrative fee?
Our administrative fee is $210 per unit.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes. Our security deposit is $300 up to one month’s rent with approved credit.
What is the maximum deposit required?
Up to 1.5 times the monthly rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No.
Do you require renters insurance?
Yes. A minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage is required.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st and considered late after the 4th.
What is the late fee policy?
A $50 late fee is charged on the 4th, plus $10 per day until paid in full.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online payments (Resident Portal), cashier’s checks, and money orders.
What utilities are included?
Utilities will be billed separately on a month to month basis.
What appliances are included?
Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and some units include a washer and dryer.
Are washers and dryers included or is there a laundry facility?
Some units include a washer and dryer. A laundry facility is also available on-site.
What amenities are available?
24-hour emergency maintenance, covered parking, fitness center, package receiving, pet-friendly spaces, picnic areas with barbecues, resort-style pool, outdoor lounge, and Wi‑Fi in common areas.

Yes.
Do you have EV charging stations?

Do you have a dog park or pet washing station?
Yes, we have a dog park.
Do you offer package lockers or delivery services?
Yes.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes. Residents may submit service requests through the online resident portal.

Yes. We host periodic resident events. Follow us on social media, community flyers, and text updates for upcoming events.
